All clinical procedures and consultations are carried out under the professional guidance of Dr. Monica Chahar Godara (MBBS, MD Dermatology, FIDP Germany) and qualified clinical associates.

• Consultations are conducted following established medical protocols and ethical dermatology standards.
• Clinical recommendations and treatment plans are customized per individual patient evaluation and skin analysis.
• Prescriptions and procedural treatments are provided strictly based on physical examination and clinical history.

2. Appointment Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

To ensure optimal care and minimize waiting periods for all patients, we enforce the following appointment guidelines:

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online via our website, over the phone, or via WhatsApp at our official clinic contact numbers.
• Punctuality: Patients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot for registration and preliminary assessment.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to waiting patients.
• Emergency Prioritization: Priority may occasionally be given to acute clinical cases or procedural requirements, and we appreciate your patience in such situations.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Policies

Consultation fees and procedure charges are transparently communicated prior to initiating any treatment.

• Consultation fees are applicable for initial evaluations and valid for follow-up visits within the defined clinic policy window.
• Treatment packages, laser sessions, and cosmetic procedures must be settled as per agreed payment milestones.
• Accepted payment methods include Cash, UPI, Major Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Fees paid for clinical consultations and completed treatment sessions are non-refundable.

4. Patient Responsibilities & Medical History Disclosure

For your own clinical safety and optimal treatment efficacy, patients must:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, known allergies, prior surgeries, pregnancies, lactation, or underlying conditions.
• Strictly adhere to pre-treatment preparation guidelines and post-procedure aftercare instructions provided by Dr. Monica Chahar Godara and staff.
• Immediately report any unexpected adverse reactions or concerns following a procedure.

5. Individual Treatment Results & Expectations

Dermatological and aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person depending on individual physiology, genetics, skin type, hormonal factors, age, lifestyle, and post-care compliance. While our clinic utilizes cutting-edge medical technologies (such as US FDA-approved lasers and advanced devices), no specific or permanent outcome can be guaranteed for medical or cosmetic treatments.
