Pre bridal skin care Regime

For every bride, her wedding day is undoubtedly the most important day of her life. When you know that you will be the centre of attraction, you will want to look you best :)

While the bridal outfits and jewellery will add all the glam to your look, glowing skin can be a bonus to elevate your entire look. And for that yes we have makeup to add the spark, but there’s nothing better than having a Natural Glowing Skin to make the whole affair a lot easier and hassle-free. For that, what is important is to follow a proper skincare regime to have radiant skin.

A great bridal skincare routine can be quite expensive. But spending on organic and natural skin care products before your wedding is well worth the investment! After all, a wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event.

We would suggest the brides-to-be, to begin the below-stated routine a few months before the wedding, to allow for maximum and most visible results!

Morning Routine

Step 1: Cleanse

A skincare routine always begins with a thorough cleansing. Cleansing is a crucial first step. You are recommended to cleanse twice. Once to remove makeup, dirt, and other clogging elements and second, to get deep down into the pores.

A good exfoliating cleanser removes daily build-up and residue while calming and soothing the skin.

Step 2: Serum

Never skip serums in your bridal skincare routine! Serums protect the skin and lock in moisture.

Step 3: Moisturize

Why use a moisturizer when you’ve just put on serum? A good daily face moisturizer with SPF is known to give your skin a boost of moisture while protecting it from sun damage. Dermatologists recommend using SPF on the face daily.

Step 4: Eye Cream

The skin around our eyes is extremely thin. No matter how young someone is, it is highly recommended to regularly moisturize and protect this sensitive area with a good eye cream.

Step 5: Primer

Most skin care routines end with an eye cream. But we would suggest you go the extra mile by applying a primer. Use it as it is or as a protective layer underneath your makeup.

Evening Routine

Step 1: Cleanse

After a long day at work, your skin also wants to relax and recharge. Just like the morning routine, we recommended doing the two-step cleanse in the evening also. Once to remove makeup, dirt, and other clogging elements. A second time, to get deep down into the pores.

Step 2: Toner

Never skip on toner. Aside from exfoliating skin and deeply cleansing it, applying toner also helps in shrinking the pores and restoring your skin’s pH balance. It also adds a layer of protection since it can tighten cell gaps.

Step 3: Serum

Serums protect the skin and lock in moisture. They will do wonders for any skin type as they prevent dry, cracked skin. Serums become especially important during the winter months because they help your skin cope with drying winds and changing temperature.

Step 4: Facial Oil

Facial oils are magical. They work for certain skin types & with continuous usage, your skin can glow quickly.

Step 5: Eye Cream

Applying eye creams twice a day helps maximize the moisturizing and healing effects around your eyes. Their regular use helps in preventing wrinkles from developing around your eyes.

Step 6: Overnight Mask

Using an overnight mask suitable for your skin type a few times a week will leave your skin vibrant and supple. The mask deeply cleanses and moisturizes the skin.
